Loaders and trays for FUJI belt ends

End-of-belt components are often used in the production of small series of electronic boards. This type of packaging optimizes component supply and avoids overstocking. Until now, this type of packaging required a number of manipulations by the operator in order to use it on a FUJI feeder.

In order to facilitate manual tasks and thus optimize loading preparations during electronic board production, FUJI has developed solutions enabling rapid handling of strip ends without machine modification, with the following features:

1. Adapter on feeder: a guide is positioned on your existing feeder (from 12 to 88 mm), enabling you to take on a new reference;
2. Tray for strip ends: this equipment can handle up to 10 strips ranging from 8 to 88 mm.
